  1. About This Website. The website zeroturnaround.com (“Website”) is an official website of ZeroTurnaround OÜ (“ZeroTurnaround”), a limited liability company established under the laws of Republic of Estonia.
  2. Personal Data.
    1. “Personal Data” means any personal data entered by a person interacting with the Website (“User”) into any forms that the Website may contain.
      1. Any data posted in a context suggesting this data cannot be kept private or is not intended for keeping private (especially the forums of the Website), is not to be considered Personal Data.
    2. Personal Data is never sold or given out to a third party that has no legitimate reason for acquiring it, arising out of the User’s relationship with ZeroTurnaround and/or the said third party.
    3. Personal Data might be revealed to ZeroTurnaround’s affiliates, to the extent of their justified need for knowing the said Personal Data, arising out of the business relationships between the User, ZeroTurnaround and its affiliate.
    4. Personal Data might be revealed to a public entity legitimately demanding to audit it (such as the tax board).
    5. By revealing his/her e-mail address to ZeroTurnaround, the User agrees that ZeroTurnaround may by default send to the User ZeroTurnaround’s news, product updates and other info (“News”).
  3. Materials on the Website.
    1. Any materials made available on the Website (“Materials”) are the intellectual property of ZeroTurnaround, unless otherwise stated or unless copyright protection is unavailable for a particular piece according to the laws.
    2. The use of Materials is controlled by copyright laws. ZeroTurnaround has NOT granted any general license for using the Materials. If a particular piece or a group of Materials is allowed for use, this has to be stated explicitly on the Website next to the given piece or group.
    3. ZeroTurnaround is NOT responsible for any damage that may arise from using of or relying on any of the Materials. ZeroTurnaround’s responsibility for materials connected to ZeroTurnaround’s own products is additionally limited by the end-user license agreement of the appropriate product.
  4. Forums.
    1. “Forums” mean any forums that the Website and its subdomains contain.
    2. ZeroTurnaround is mostly not the author of the content available on the Forums, and is not responsible for anything published on the forums, to the maximum extent permitted by the law.
    3. The User agrees not to post onto the Forums any content that has the slightest doubt of being unlawful, contrary to public policy or damaging to the interests or reputation of ZeroTurnaround or any third parties.
    4. Any information posted on the Forums is public. ZeroTurnaround does not have a duty of reacting to requests for taking down materials posted onto the Forums by the User.
    5. The User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify ZeroTurnaround and its affiliates from and against any third party claim arising from the content posted onto the Forum by the User.
  5. Change of Terms. These terms may be amended at any time and the new revision will take effect immediately, with the exception of Personal Data given to ZeroTurnaround before the amendment. Personal Data given to ZeroTurnaround before the amendment of terms is subject to the terms effective on the moment of entering that Personal Data.
