- XML files are now rescanned only when timestamp changes.
- Classpath is now scanned for annotation-configured components separately from XML definitions.
- Fixed Spring Security “Duplicate detected” error
- Fixed Spring Security “Duplicate element detected” error
- Singletons are no longer destroyed on bean definition reload (could cause various errors)
- No more constant bean definition overriding warnings
