ZeroTurnaround is looking: Business Development Representative
ZeroTurnaround is a fast-paced start up Software Company and a Bain Capital Ventures Portfolio company. Our products, the popular JRebel and LiveRebel plugins for Java developers, lets developers view code changes immediately which means saving time on development. That’s revolutionary in the Java world! We have over 1000 current customers and we’re aiming to grow by adding more team members to our outbound sales team.
Our Business Development Representatives are responsible for selling our products to decision makers at companies across the country. If you’re a recent college grad or have no sales experience, no problem because we’ll train you! You must be assertive, success-driven with lots of energy.
A little more about the job:
- Sell ZeroTurnaround’s software products to new accounts and generate increased business within existing accounts through outbound calling
- Interact with technical team to demo the product for potential clients
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Maintain complete notes in Salesforce.com CRM system
- Possible travel to trade shows and key accounts to promote and develop new business
Important skills:
- Desire to be coached, trained and mentored towards a successful sales career
- Ability to react quickly in sales situations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong PC skills (Email, Excel, MS Word, basic typing skills)
- Desire to grow within organization to potential management or Sr. Sales role
- Outgoing, desire to work hard and have fun
Education:
- College degree preferred
